Your order will normally be shipped within 24 - 48 hours; you will receive an e-mail if the wait will be longer.
If you find yourself unsatisfied with a product, please call us right away at 1-800-390-9503, or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive authorization to return products within 15 days of your purchase. Returned items must be in the original packaging (if applicable) and be in saleable condition. Please talk to a customer service representative if you have any questions; we'll gladly walk you through the process. When your return is received in good condition, a refund will be applied to whatever method of payment was used.
