Sew What Supplies is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store within 15 days of purchase to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:

Shipping Policies
Shipping to and from Sew What Supplies is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location. For orders over $(150.00), we offer FREE shipping within the contiguous United States. All items will be shipped insured. Our Flat-rate fee of $10.00 is offered within the Continental USA only. Additional fees will be required for all international shipments.
