Return Policies

Sew What Supplies is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store within 15 days of purchase to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:

Shipping Policies

Shipping to and from Sew What Supplies is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location. All items will be shipped insured. Our Flat-rate fee of $13.00 and our free shipping option for orders exceeding $200.00, are offered within the Continental USA only. Additional fees may be required for Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to International addresses.

We at Sew What Supplies have the utmost respect for our customers' privacy. In no way will we violate this philosophy. We will not release any information gathered about our customers. Any information that we gather from our customers will be compiled anonymously and used solely for our statistical purposes.
